Pork belly roasting joint, cut into thick slices
A simple piece of slow-matured free-range pork belly, scored, sliced and ready to roast. Dry the skin thoroughly before cooking and rub with sea salt and a black pepper for exquisite crackling.
Belly slices are sold in 1kg packs. Each pack contains 4-5 thick-cut slices.
This product is carefully prepared from locally farmed free-range pork and then fresh-frozen to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your delivery arrives it can be placed straight into the freezer, or removed from its packaging and allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
