Pork tomahawk chop

Thick-cut pork tomahawk chop.

Cut from carefully selected high-welfare free-range pork loin. Our tomahawk chop is fantastic for the barbecue or for a quick mid-week meal.

Simply chop some sage, rosemary, garlic and mix with salt, pepper and olive oil. Marinade the chop for a few hours before searing on a high heat and then wrapping in foil and cooking for 20-25 mins. Finish with a final flash-sear before removing the bone and roughly carve the chop, not forgetting to drizzle the herb-infused cooking juices across the slices before serving.

Sold individually. 500g each

This cut is supplied fresh-frozen. Once unpacked it can be returned straight to the freezer, or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days.
