Chicken parcel with pork & wild garlic stuffing
Slow-grown, free-range boneless chicken leg stuffed with our 100% natural wild pork and wild garlic sausage-meat.
This is a perfect quick-cook midweek meal for 1-2 people. Cook at 180 degrees centigrade for 25-30 mins and then slice and serve hot. Alternatively, these chicken parcels are great as a cold-cut - sliced and served with pickles, or between 2 slices of buttered thick crusty bread with a healthy topping of chutney or relish.
This product is supplied frozen. It can be placed straight into the freezer once unpacked, or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be cooked within 5 days. Any dish made using our stuffed chicken parcels is safe to refreeze.
