Wild game, pork, pear and stilton sausages
Wild game sausages with pear and Stilton cheese. These seasonal sausages are made from prime cuts of wild Sussex venison, breast of pheasant and partridge mixed with free-range pork shoulder. The robust flavour of the venison is balanced perfectly with the delicate flavours of pheasant and partridge whilst the rough chopped fresh pears give a hint of sweetness that is perfectly balanced against the sharpness of crumbled Stilton cheese.
Al of our 100% natural sausages are made in small batches and then frozen in order to ensure quality and freshness. They will be despatched frozen and when unpacked they can be returned straight to the freezer or allowed to defrost in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and should be cooked within 5 days.
