Stuffed pork fillet in bacon
Tender whole fillet of free-range pork stuffed with sausage-meat and wrapped in dry-cured streaky bacon.
This deliciously simple roasting joint is perfect for a quick but luxurious midweek meal. Made using a whole fillet of high welfare free-range pork stuffed with a herby sage and thyme flavoured sausage-meat and wrapped in our home-cured streaky bacon.
Roast in a hot oven for 30-40 minutes minutes and allow to rest before thinly slicing and plating. Perfect served with creamed leeks and a cold glass of dry cider to accompany.
Each stuffed pork fillet is 550g and will feed 3-4 people
This product is carefully prepared in small batches before being fresh-frozen. Once delivered it can be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost in the fridge before cooking.
