Sausage Making Course

Half-day sausage-making course held in our purpose-built teaching room at The Garlic Wood Butchery, near Partridge Green in West Sussex. Choose from the range of available dates or select the 'undated voucher' option to receive a gift certificate valid for 12months from date of purchase.

Attendees on our small-group courses will be given a hands-on introduction to the skills and techniques of sausage-making. With expert guidance from your course instructor every attendee will make a batch of traditional hand-made sausages from scratch using locally farmed free-range pork and our huge selection of herbs and spices. You'll finish the day by learning the art of linking and head home with a batch of your own hand-made sausages to enjoy.

Our course is designed for anyone with an interest in food and cooking. All the sausages are made with 100% natural ingredients and without any chemical preservatives or additives to ensure the process is as true to the traditional art of sausage-making as possible. Our course will ensure attendees leave with a new-found skill and the enthusiasm to put that skill into practice.
