Sausage Making Course

Half-day sausage-making course held at our cutting room on the Knepp Castle Estate in West Sussex. Choose from the range of available dates or select the 'undated voucher' option to receive a gift certificate valid for 12months from date of purchase.

Attendees on our small-group courses will be given a hands-on introduction to the skills and techniques of sausage-making. With expert guidance from your course instructor every attendee will make a batch of traditional hand-made sausages from scratch using locally farmed free-range pork and our huge selection of herbs and spices. You'll finish the day by learning the art of linking and head home with around 5kg of sausages to enjoy.

Our course is designed for anyone with an interest in food and cooking. All the sausages are made with 100% natural ingredients and without any chemical preservatives or additives to ensure the process is as true to the traditional art of sausage-making as possible. Our course will ensure attendees leave with a new-found skill and the enthusiasm to put that skill into practice.
