Boneless rolled rib of grass-fed and dry-aged beef. Ribeye steak wrapped in its 'cap' of natural fat. 

Cover the outer fat in a crust of salt, pepper, flour and mustard before searing and then roasting in a hot oven. 

Choose from 1kg, 2kg, and 3kg joints

This product is supplied fresh and is suitable for home-freezing
