Boneless rolled belly of free-range pork.
Our free-ranged Sussex-farmed pigs are slow maturing and lead an outdoor life. This encourages them to lay down the layers of creamy smooth fat between the muscles that make a pork belly joint so tasty as well as helping give it the all important crispy crackling when cooked.
This is a rich and indulgent dish, perfect to serve with roast potatoes or a simple mash and accompanied by a slightly tart home-made apple sauce to cut through the rich flavour of the belly.

This product is carefully prepared from locally farmed free-range pork and then fresh-frozen to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your delivery arrives it can be placed straight into the freezer or removed from its packaging and allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
