Cajun spiced pork ribs
Whole rack of free-range loin ribs marinated in a mildly spicy Cajun-inspired rub.
These racks of ribs are marinated and ready to cook. We have created our own Cajun marinade containing a blend of warm herbs and spices without chemical preservatives, artificial additives or allergens.
For best results the ribs should be slow braised in their marinade before being finished in the oven or on the barbecue. When braising add a small amount of chicken stock and cover the dish. Once braised the ribs can be put to one side while the liquor is reduced to make a sauce to drizzle over the dish prior to serving. Add some brown sugar and a dash of Worcester sauce to the liquid to create a thick, sticky and sweetly-spiced sauce. After 10-15 mins on the barbecue to crisp up and take on the smoky flavours the ribs will be tender enough that the meat will fall from the bone. Serve whole with a selection salads, coleslaw and sweet potato fries.

This cut is supplied fresh-frozen. Once unpacked it can be returned straight to the freezer, or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any dish cooked with the product is perfectly safe to refreeze.
