Pork & wild garlic sausages
Our seasonal favourite. These sausages herald the arrival of spring for us, and we've made them every year since first setting up in business. The wild garlic is picked from our own woodland (hence the name Garlic Wood Butchery!) and we roughly chop it into each batch of sausages to give a vibrant colour and plenty of garlic flavour. They're only here for a few weeks each year so get them while you can.
Hand-made at our butchery using prime cuts of high welfare free-range pork. Like all our sausages they are 100% natural - simply seasoned with sea salt, black pepper and our mix of fresh herbs and spices. We don't use any artificial chemical preservatives.
We produce our wild garlic sausages in small batches before freezing them to ensure quality and freshness. They will be delivered frozen and can either be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost in the fridge before being cooked. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days.
Sold in 420g packs, containing 5-6 sausages average.
