Pork, red onion and balsamic vinegar sausages

Mild flavoured sausages combining the sweetness of red onion with a rich balsamic vinegar. 

Made using prime cuts of shoulder and belly of high welfare free-range pork, our sausages are meaty and packed with flavour. We make and link them all by hand at our butchery.

Our Pork and Red Onion sausages are made using a non-gluten rusk so are suitable for those on a no gluten diet.

Our sausages are sold in 420g packs (average 5 sausages). They are packaged in plant-based compostable packaging
