Lambs liver

Carefully trimmed and thinly sliced lamb's liver.

Offal is so often overlooked, and this is a real shame. Not only is it ethically respectful to make use of every part of the animals we consume these cuts are also packed with key nutrients and vitamins. Finally, and most importantly, it tastes fantastic! Simply fried, or dusted in seasoned flour, lamb's liver makes a quick and delicious midweek meal.

We prepare and fresh-freeze our lamb's liver as soon as it arrives at the butchery.  It is supplied as a frozen product that can either be returned to the freezer, or allowed to defrost in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked within 3 days. Any meal prepared using the defrosted product is then perfectly safe to freeze.

Sold in 300g packs of thinly sliced strips.
