Lamb and apricot sausages
Finest Saddlescombe Farm lamb shoulder minced and seasoned with a combination of apricot and rosemary.
We make and link all our sausages by hand at our butchery. These lamb and apricot sausages are great for a summer barbecue. The hint of sweetness from the chopped apricot provides a perfect counterbalance to the flavour of the lamb shoulder.
These sausages are gluten free. They are sold in multiples of 6. Each pack weighs 450g minimum.
