Whole leg of free-range bronze turkey, on the bone.
All our turkey is sourced from Appledore farm. This family-farm is dedicated to producing one product and producing it to the best of their ability. The turkeys are allowed to roam freely with access to plenty of open space on this large farm on Romney Marsh. The turkeys are allowed to grow slowly to full maturity fed on a natural wheat and vegetable diet, free of additives, drugs or growth promoters.
Our turkey legs are supplied frozen. We process them in small batches and freeze straight away to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once delivered they can be placed straight into the freezer, or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any product made using our turkey legs is safe to refreeze.
