Fortified 80/20 steak mince
80% dry-aged lean steak mince combined with 20% pasture-fed beef liver. This mince makes a great alternative to our standard mince for anyone looking to bring the nutritional value of liver into everyday meals. It can be treated and cooked exactly the same as standard mince - great as a staple for all manner of midweek meals. The liver brings a slightly more robust quality to this mince without overpowering or detracting from the natural beef flavour.
What are the benefits of our fortified beef mince?
Our steak mince is already packed with the natural protein, vitamins and minerals of grass-fed beef. By fortifying it with grass-fed beef liver we are able to bring the additional benefits of this nutrient-dense 'superfood'. Liver is a low-calorie source of many key nutrients. A small amount can contribute significantly to our daily recommended intake of Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Copper, Folates and many others.

This product is freshly prepared and frozen each time we receive a delivery of grass-fed beef in order to ensure the liver is as fresh as possible and retains its nutrients. It will be despatched frozen and once unpacked can be returned to the freezer or allowed to defrost ready for use. Once defrosted it should be cooked within 5 days. Any meal cooked with the mince can be refrozen.
