Diced lean leg of lamb

Lean chunks of sweet and delicately flavoured leg of lamb.

All our pasture-fed lamb is reared on the wildflower-rich meadows of the South Downs National Park in Sussex. Diced lean leg of lamb is ideal for curries and casseroles, or for making into homemade lamb kebabs. Our diced lamb is well trimmed, lean and chunky. It is tender enough for quick cooking but equally well suited to long slow cooking in a casserole, stew or tagine.

Sold in packs of 500g

This product is supplied ‘fresh-frozen’. After allowing our lamb to dry-age for 7 days we butcher, pack and freeze it in small batches to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. After unpacking it can be returned straight to the freezer, or placed in the fridge and allowed to defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any meal made with our frozen lamb is perfectly safe to freeze.
