Classic breakfast sausages
Our new recipe breakfast sausage, made with prime cuts of free-range Sussex-farmed pork and naturally seasoned with a gentle mix of herbs and spices.
The recipe for our new breakfast sausage comes from our friend and collaborator Oliver, founder of Seabright's Butchers. Having tempted us with a trial taster while working with us we were so impressed that we asked if we could offer it to our customers! The aromatic blend of natural spices is combined with a double mixing method to create a smoother textured and delicately flavoured sausage. As the name suggest our breakfast sausages are perfect as part of a proper fried breakfast, or served in a sandwich of simple chunky white bread and a tasty relish. Like all our sausages this one is made without the use of any chemical preservatives, and doesn't contain gluten.
All our natural sausages are made in small batches before being frozen to ensure freshness and quality. Once unpacked they can be returned to the freezer or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and consumed within 5 days. Any dish made using our sausages is perfectly safe to freeze.
Sold in 420g packs (average 5 sausages).
Ingredients: Min 90% free-range pork, rusk (pea protein, rice flour, potato starch), sea salt, pepper, coriander, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, cayenne. Allergens in Bold
