Boneless leg of lamb

Boneless, tied leg of lamb.

Cut from Saddlescombe Farm pasture-fed lamb from the wildflower meadows of the South Downs. We remove the shank from our boneless leg of lamb to leave the tender delicate meat. Perfect for a simple roast; studded with rosemary and garlic, seasoned with salt and pepper before being seared and roasted in a hot oven.

Our boneless legs of lamb are carefully trimmed and tied to a weight of 1.8kg - enough to generously serve 5-6 adults.

This is a fresh-frozen product. We age our lamb on the bone for 7 days before butchering, packing and freezing. It will be delivered as a frozen produce and once unpacked can be placed straight back in the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it can be treated as a fresh product and any meal cooked using the joint is perfectly safe to refreeze.
