Boneless leg of lamb

Boneless, tied leg of lamb. 

Cut from Saddlescombe Farm pasture-fed lamb from the wildflower meadows of the South Downs. We remove the shank from our boneless leg of lamb to leave the tender delicate meat. Perfect for a simple roast; studded with rosemary and garlic, seasoned with salt and pepper before being seared and roasted inn a hot oven. 

Choose from a half leg at 1kg (serves 3-4) or a full leg at 1.8kg (serves 6-8).
