Fry these lardons off and use them in pasta dishes, pizzas, salads, stews and casseroles. They also make a fantastic addition to cooked vegetable greens and no bowl of festive sprouts should be without a generous handful of crispy bacon lardons!
We cure all our own bacon from high-welfare locally-farmed free-range pork. The layers of creamy fat render down when fried and impart a rich bacon flavour to any dish.
Sold in individual 200g portions.
This product is supplied frozen. When unpacked it can be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Once defrosted it should be consumed within 10 days. Any dish made using our bacon lardons is perfectly safe to refreeze.
