We hand-make all our 100% natural sausages and burgers using nothing but prime cuts of high-welfare meat seasoned with our own blend of sea salt, pepper and fresh herbs and spices. Our famous steak burgers are made with dry-aged chuck steak, rump and brisket and flavoured with sea salt, pepper and a rich bone-marrow. Or for something a bit more luxurious treat your guests to a slow cooked butterflied shoulder of Sussex-farmed lamb or a pasture-fed 35 day aged steak.
