We make all our sausages by hand in our butchery using prime cuts of high-welfare free-range pork. We offer a wide range of flavours including several made without rusk or breadcrumb. Our famous 6 oz steak burgers are made with chuck steak and flavoured with sea salt, cracked black pepper and nothing else.

Or for something a bit more luxurious treat your guests to a slow cooked butterflied shoulder of Saddlescombe Farm lamb or a grass-fed 35 day aged steak - we recommend cooking a large steak and cutting to share in order to guarantee the perfect combination of a crispy charred crust with a tender succulent interior.
